Weathered Limestone Trough Basin

Photographed close, so the front face of the basin fills the frame and the limestone itself becomes the subject. The surface is deeply pitted and crumbed, mottled grey over cream, with mineral shadows pooling where water once sat and a fine broken line running along the base. Above it the rim is flat and even, the corners cut square, and the shallow rectangular basin inside is smooth by comparison. Set on a pale timber shelf under a minimal wall spout. Ideal for modern bathrooms, powder rooms and hospitality washrooms.
