Carved Limestone Vanity Sink with a Rounded Apron

Cut as one piece, this pale limestone vanity reads as a wide slab with square shoulders to either side and a large shallow round basin dished into the middle. Below the basin the stone swells forward into a rounded half apron, so the front of the sink is a curve rather than a straight line. The whole surface is left open and porous, almost sugary in texture, with a plain grated drain at the centre and no tap holes. It suits powder rooms, children's bathrooms and rustic country interiors.
